STUD SERVICE

We will be offering Stud Service in the future. If our male is up for Stud Service, it will be listed in his individual profile (look under the "Our Boys" tab). Although some of the following policies and procedures surrounding our Stud Service are flexible, you would need to contact us directly regarding this matter. Only rats that we have produced will be offered for stud; generally speaking we will not offer studs of less than 3 generations with the HERO prefix.

We will only offer a male who is 4 months of age or older for Stud Service.
The female with whom you wish the male to breed must be between the ages of 4 months and 1 year.
We recommend you consider one of our "proven" studs over the unproven males.
We require that your female rat be quarantined for 14 days prior to pairing her with our stud. Because we take this very, very seriously - your female will need to quarantine here at HERO. She will be kept quarantined for 14 days and then placed with the Stud of your choice for 5-7 days. He will then be quarantined here for 4-6 weeks before returning to his brothers.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny Stud Service at our sole discretion for any reason.
The cost of this Stud Service will depend upon which of Our Boys you select. Payment may be required in the form of cash - or in exchange for POL. Contact us directly for more information.
